Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

Customs and Duties

For all international orders, Pilotage Clothing covers customs duties and import taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Shipping Issues

If a delay occurs due to our error, we will issue a £10 store credit as compensation.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Once received, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
